Historic Benn Pitman house in the news

WCPO, Cincinnati, Ohio, ran a story on Nov. 20 showcasing the historic Benn Pitman house built in 1887. Pitman, known for his elaborate wood carvings, was also the court reporter who recorded Abraham Lincoln’s assassination trial. Pitman’s brother, Isaac, is recognized for the phonetic shorthand system he developed.
