Radio station 790 KFGO reported on Oct. 17 that NCRA member Stephanie Smith, RPR, a freelance court reporter and agency owner from Bismarck, N.D., was recently inducted into the North Dakota Officials Association (NDOA) Hall of Fame in recognition of her career officiating volleyball at the high school and national levels.
