The Effingham Daily News reported on Jan. 26 that Fifth Judicial Circuit Chief Judge Thomas M. O’Shaughnessy of Danville, Ill., announced that the week of Feb. 4-11 has been designated as Official Court Reporter and Court Specialist Week for 2023.
