The 2025 NCRA Conference & Expo, happening July 24-26 in Minneapolis, Minn., is just five weeks away. And if you’ve been waiting to finalize your summer plans, now is the time to act. It’s time for the NCRA Lucky Draw! Members who register at the full price ($760) in June will be eligible to win back $30 in a special drawing. Ten members’ names will be pulled and announced on July 7.

Online registration rates end June 30, and starting July 1 members will pay an additional $40 for a Full Registration package. Other registration package rates will increase as well.

Registered attendees staying in the host hotel enjoy a complimentary breakfast Friday and Saturday. The discounted rate is available until June 30 or when the block is filled, whichever comes first. Thursday

• Get an early start to the Conference on Thursday with the Realtime Boot Camp and the Stenograph and Advantage Software Vendor Training Workshops.
• Educational sessions start on Thursday afternoon and run through Saturday afternoon. From business and technology to certification and depositions, this year’s Conference & Expo offers a wide range of sessions for court reporters, captioners, and legal videographers, and several special speakers are lined up as well. Attendees can earn up to 1.425 CEUs. Additional CEUs are available for preconference sessions for a separate registration fee. See the full schedule.
• Catch up with friends and colleagues at the Welcome Reception in the Expo Hall on Thursday night from 6-7:30 p.m.

Friday

• Friday’s Premier Session features Keynote Speaker Kristi Johnson, RPR, an official from Rancho St. Margarita, Calif. Her inspirational story perfectly embodies this year’s theme: Elevate Your Impact.
• During the Premier Session we will celebrate the installation of NCRA’s 2024-2025 Board of Directors and the Distinguished Service Award recipient.

Saturday

• Find out who won the Speed and Realtime Contests and other prestigious awards by attending the Awards Luncheon on Saturday.
• Saturday night is the Members Recognition Gala: Step into the New Roaring ‘20s!As you plan your Conference experience, be sure to pack your most dazzling raiment to show off at the Member Recognition Gala scheduled for Saturday evening at our host hotel, the Hyatt Regency.
