What’s on the agenda?

Ellen Jovin is the cofounder of Syntaxis, a communication skills training firm, and the author of several books on language — most recently the national bestseller “Rebel with a Clause: Tales and Tips from a Roving Grammarian,” published in 2022. At the 2026 NCRA Conference & Expo, Jovin brings a smart, approachable look at how words shape understanding, trust, and connection in fast-moving, high-stakes settings. Her message aligns with this year’s theme, Technology Driven; Human Centered: Tools evolve, but clear communication remains the bridge between people.
