The North Texas e-News posted a press release on Feb. 25 issued by NCRA announcing that Kathy Bounds, CRR, from Mckinney, Texas, recently earned the nationally recognized Registered Diplomate Reporter (RDR) certification, the highest credential available to stenographic court reporters.
