The registration presale for the 2026 NCRA Conference & Expo runs April 1–8. During this limited-time window, attendees can save $100 on a full Conference pass. After April 8, standard rates apply.
Attendees who plan to join for only part of the event can also take advantage of discounted “Pick-Your-Day” rates during the presale period and save $50.
What to expect
The 2026 NCRA Conference & Expo, happening July 16-18 in Bellevue, Wash., brings together court reporting, captioning, and legal videography professionals for three days of:
- Educational sessions designed to strengthen technical skills and professional growth
- Daily networking events with peers and industry leaders
- Technology-focused training and workshops
- Signature competitions, including the National Speed and Realtime Contests

Returning favorites will include vendor training workshops and specialized boot camps designed to help attendees sharpen their skills and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving profession.
