Final week to apply for $2,000 Gina Battaglia Memorial Student Intern Scholarship

The nomination period closes next week for the NCRF Gina Battaglia Memorial Student Intern Scholarship. Two awards of $2,000 are available to help NCRA student members who have completed an internship in the past 12 months. The deadline to apply is March 13.

Now in its fourth year, the scholarship was created by NCRF Trustees and Angel Gatherers Committee members to honor the memory of Gina Battaglia, daughter of Angel Stephanie Zeder Battaglia, RMR, CRR, a freelance court reporter from Hinsdale, Ill.

The details:

Applicants must be NCRA members
Applicants must have passed at least one of the program’s Q&A or literary tests at a minimum of 160 wpm
A letter of recommendation and an essay are required
