Registration for the 2026 National Speed and Realtime Contests opens April 1 in conjunction with the registration presale for the 2026 NCRA Conference & Expo, which runs April 1–8. During this limited-time window, attendees can save $100 on a full Conference pass. After April 8, standard rates apply. The 2026 NCRA Conference & Expo takes place July 16-18 at the Hyatt Regency, Bellevue, Wash.
The Contests Committee has released the 2026 Housekeeping Rules that include raising the number of contestants for each contest to 50 and re-establishing the Legal Opinion leg of the Speed Contest that was previously eliminated. Registration for the Speed and Realtime Contests closes July 1 or when the allotted number of seats fill, whichever comes first.

Past contestants and anyone interested in taking a shot at earning bragging rights for either or both of the 2026 contests are invited to attend a webinar on March 27 at 8 p.m. Eastern, hosted by Contests Chair Allie Hall, RDR, CRR, CRI. Hall and other members of the committee will be answering any questions submitted to pr@ncra.com by Tues., March 24. Register here to attend.
