Two students named recipients of 2026 NCRF Gina Battaglia Memorial Student Intern Scholarship

The National Court Reporters Foundation (NCRF) proudly announces the recipients of the 2026 Gina Battaglia Memorial Student Intern Scholarship: Wendy Lee and Katrina Newman.

Established in memory of Gina Battaglia, daughter of NCRA member Stephanie Battaglia, RDR, CRR, this scholarship supports court reporting students by helping offset the costs associated with their education and early career preparation. Funded through the generosity of family, friends, and members of the court reporting community, the award reflects a shared commitment to fostering the next generation of professionals in the field.

Each recipient is awarded $2,000, providing financial assistance as they continue their training and transition into the profession.
