The North Texas e-News posted a press release on Aug. 21 issued by NCRA announcing that Kaili Tseng, from McKinney, Texas, has been named one of four inaugural recipients of the AHRE Shine Student Scholarships in the amount of $1,000 to support her continued journey toward a career in court reporting.
