Blacknews.com posted a story on Oct. 14 about NCRA member Michelle Houston, RPR, an official court reporter and CART captioner from Brandywine, Md., who is the first known Black female two-time brain aneurysm survivor to successfully complete a sprint triathlon, finishing with a hard-earned Finisher medal after swimming 300 meters, cycling nine miles, and running a 5K.
