STEP reported on Aug. 25 that in a recent decision taken by the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, a self-represented litigant’s challenge to a child support order was dismissed after it emerged that he had filed AI-generated transcripts that were presented as having been prepared by a certified court reporter.
