The Texas Lawyer posted an article online on Aug. 22 about Houston attorney Larry Rothenberg who successfully represented Mark Kislingbury, RDR, CRR, in the appeal of a $240,000 judgment against his former business partner. According to the article, the decision was a big win for Kislingbury, who holds the Guinness World Record as the fastest court reporter.
