The National Court Reporters Association, the country’s leading organization representing stenographic court reporters, broadcast captioners, CART providers, and legal videographers, is aware of the concerns regarding the release of a deposition in the Bill Cosby case being reported in various media outlets. At present, the association is continuing to monitor media reports addressing the issue and will issue a comment if warranted at the appropriate time.
