The Toledo Chronicle-Tama News Herald, Tama, Iowa, posted an article Sept. 26 about NCRA student member Kathy Holtz being awarded a Program for Continuing Education grant. Holtz attends the Des Moines Area Community College and is majoring in court reporting.
