Boston-based WCVB-TV reported on a new app that aids people in interviewing veterans as part of the Library of Congress Veterans History Project. Jean Rhodes, a professor of psychology at University of Massachusetts Boston, develop the app with her son. The app is being tested in a sector of Massachusetts before being launched nationwide.
