NCRA is hosting its second Mental Health Week Feb. 21-25 and encourages all members to take advantage of the webinars that will be offered to address a variety of issues such as hybrid work, managing stress, and self-awareness. The webinars, sponsored by the National Court Reporters Foundation, are available to all NCRA members free of charge and will be held on Feb. 22, 23, and 24.
“You are your most valuable asset, and your mental health is a priority in ensuring you are at the top of your game in your work decisions, your social interactions, your friend and family relationships, and in the success of your business,” said NCRA President Debbie Dibble, RDR, CRR, CRC, a freelance court reporter and captioner from Salt Lake City, Utah. “The mental health and wellness of our members is so very important to us here at NCRA, and we are here to support you with our second NCRA Mental Health Week. Please check out the free webinars and links to mental health resources we have to offer on the NCRA Mental Health Resources page. Take a few minutes now to look at them or bookmark the page and come back to it when you need it; but most of all, please make sure to take that extra time to care for yourself and make sure your star is shining brightly.”
“NCRF has graciously made these webinars available, and we hope you will take advantage of this offering and prioritize strengthening your health and well-being. There is no better investment, after all, than the investment we make in ourselves,” Dibble added.
All sessions are offered free for NCRA members and will be recorded for later viewing. No CEUs will be awarded.

The Mental Health Resources page includes a link to a number of free member-only webinar sessions available through the NCRA Learning Center. They include the sessions from the previous NCRA Mental Health Week held in 2020, such as “Back to Basics: Mental Health Essentials during the Pandemic,” “Balance and Self-Care in a World of COVID-19, Deadlines, and Virtuality,” and “Practicing Mindfulness.” The Mental Health Resources page also includes links to a number of national organizations that offer resources for anyone who needs help as well as links to articles for NCRA members about mental health and how other NCRA members manage their stress.
