NCRA members, we want to let you know that the Association is aware of the Department of Labor’s (DOL) proposed rulemaking addressing independent contractor reclassification that was issued yesterday. Government Relations is in the process of generating an action plan and grassroots campaign that will allow members to lobby this issue.
