Presenters wanted for the 2026 NCRA Conference & Expo!

Do you have a fresh perspective, a successful strategy, or a bold idea that could inspire your peers? Join our team of presenters. The deadline to submit a session proposal for the 2026 NCRA Conference & Expo is approaching, and we want to hear from you.

The 2026 NCRA Conference & Expo will take place July 16–18 at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue in Bellevue, Wash.          

You don’t need a finished presentation to apply. Just share your concept. We’ve intentionally kept the proposal process brief to make it easy for you to participate. To submit, all you need is:

  • Your great idea
  • A compelling session title
  • A brief session description
  • A short professional bio

The deadline to submit your proposal is Dec. 31.

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking diverse voices and cutting-edge topics across all facets of the court reporting, captioning, and legal videography professions. Consider submitting a proposal in one of the following areas:

  • Professional Development: Ethics, business strategy, leadership, health and wellness
  • The Industry/State of the Profession: Legal history, state and federal regulations, promoting the profession, or trends in the official, freelance, and captioning sectors
  • Technology & Innovation: Workplace efficiency, artificial intelligence (AI), software training, and emerging technology trends
  • Teaching & Learning: Training, skillbuilding, testing, and certification
