In a press release issued Oct. 26 by Affiliated Court Reporters based in Inver Grove Heights, Minn., owner and NCRA member Patricia A. Hulse, RPR, CRR, CRC, explains that the firm uses technology wherever it helps attorneys review testimony, but that the official record itself is still written by a certified reporter who hears every word live and can certify it, noting, “That is the part we will not hand to software.”
