He will also look back at some of the happenings that took place during his tenure, including the shoutout for court reporting by Rachel Maddow of MSNBC, the launch of the Registered Skilled Reporter (RSR) certification, and how NCRA’s Board of Directors and the Association worked to provide virtual educational offerings and a variety of valuable resources to assist members during the COVID-19 crisis.
