Deal yourself in now for some savings. Register for the 2021 NCRA Conference & Expo happening July 29-Aug. 1 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nev., by May 31 and take advantage of the special early access rate for full registration. The early access rate is $600 for NCRA members and $900 for nonmembers, which is a savings of $50, and it’s just $5 more than the rates offered for the 2017 Convention & Expo that was held at the same venue. In addition, full registration includes a free breakfast on Friday and Saturday for attendees who have booked rooms in the NCRA block.
You can also take advantage of special rates being offered by booking your room by July 2 at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
Full registration includes access to all concurrent seminars being held Friday through Sunday, the Teachers Workshop, a three-day Expo Hall pass, and tickets to the Opening Reception being held on Thursday, the Premier and Keynote session being held on Friday, the Awards Luncheon on Saturday afternoon, and the Member Recognition Gala on Saturday evening. And attendees can earn up to 1.2 CEUs.
Social media has been abuzz with NCRA members and nonmembers chatting about how much they are looking forward to attending this first on-site event being held in more than a year. Among the schedule highlights are keynote speaker Debbi Fields, founder of the Mrs. Fields cookie brand; the National Speed and Realtime Contests; and an attempt to break the current Guinness World Record for speed and accuracy. Visit the 2021 NCRA Conference & Expo page to register for the national contests. But hurry, space is limited to 50 per contest. A limited number of slots are also still available for the Guinness challenge. For more information or to sign up, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also on the schedule are several Vendor Training Workshops (separate registration is required), as well as the popular Realtime and Captioning boot camp workshops, and learning zones with sessions that include: Unmute Yourself: Tips and Tricks to Communicate Effectively In and Out of the Workplace; Is Your Video Ready for Presentation in the Courtroom?; Practicing for Cleaner and Speedier Writing!; When It’s Time to Raise Prices for Your Service: A 12-Step Approach to Negotiating Your Rates; Kids’ Court School: Educating Child and Adolescent Witnesses about the Court Process; and much more.
