Want to vote? Make sure your email is current

NCRA’s Constitution & Bylaws permit members to cast their votes on Bylaws amendments via secure online means even if they can’t attend the Annual Business Meeting at the Conference & Expo. But to exercise this right, members must have a current email address on file in NCRA’s membership database. This enables NCRA to keep you informed of any amendments coming up for a vote and to provide you with information on how to register and cast your vote online. Members who are eligible to vote will be able to sign on to the secure website and then vote through a private secure link during the 24-hour voting period.

Please make sure that NCRA has a current email address in the database by July 16. Contact the Member Services and Information Center at 800-272-6272, or update your NCRA account at NCRA.org. Log in to the member portal, click “My NCRA,” and navigate to “My Main Profile” to update your email address.

To be able to vote on the amendments, individuals must join NCRA or provide an updated email to NCRA by July 16. (If you still need to renew, visit the “My Membership” section or click to join.) Voting will occur in conjunction with the NCRA Annual Business Meeting in Las Vegas on Thursday, July 29.

Members may cast their votes regarding Bylaws amendments via their phones, tablets, or computers. Voting begins within two hours after the close of the Annual Business Meeting, which will be held on Thursday, July 29, from 8:30 – 11 a.m. Pacific. Voting is open for 24 hours.

Watch the Annual Business Meeting live

On Thursday, July 29, all members will be able to access the live feed to watch the NCRA Annual Business Meeting.

NOTE: This link will not work until July 29 at 8:30 a.m. Pacific.

A transcript of the meeting will be provided following the meeting.

All eligible voting NCRA members will have the ability to vote online for the proposed Constitution & Bylaws amendments. The online vote will start within two hours of the end of the Annual Business Meeting and will be open for 24 hours. When voting begins, an email will be sent to all eligible voting members for whom NCRA has a valid address. Members will be sent a link to a secure voting website. The email will give detailed instructions on how to log in to the system to cast a vote. Members will be able to vote on their phones, tablets, or computers.

On the secure website, you will be asked to enter your NCRA ID number followed by your NCRA password. Please note that this is the same login credential you would use to access the NCRA website to view your CEUs, purchase items from the store, and so on.

If you have forgotten your password, click here then enter your NCRA ID number and your login credentials will be sent to the email address we have on record.

Once you have entered your login information, the system will verify that you are an active NCRA member and will then display the election ballot.
