NCRA celebrated Mental Health Week earlier this year in February and offered webinars that addressed important issues regarding mental health. NCRA members can still access these webinars  when they want to at the NCRA Learning Center. Use the Search by Category drop-down option to search for Mental Health.

NCRA remains committed to educating members about the importance of good mental health. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health or keeping up with professional training. As we enter the holidays, a sometimes stressful time of year, please take advantage of the materials offered and take the time to recover, regain control, and recenter yourself.
