In-person Skills Testing coming to Louisville in August

NCRA’s Professional Development Department is once again offering in-person Skills Testing at this year’s Conference & Expo in Louisville, Ky. Testing will take place at the Galt House Hotel on Aug. 4 beginning at 8 a.m. The Galt House Hotel is the host hotel for the 2024 NCRA Conference & Expo taking place Aug. 1-3. Registration is open now.

Testing is being offered for the RSR, RPR, CRR, and CRC. Space is limited to 40 slots per test (RSRL, RPRT, etc.) and is on a first-come, first-served basis. More information about what candidates need to know can be found at NCRA.org/LouisvilleSKT. Registration for the in-person testing opens in April and closes on July 8 or when all slots are filled, whichever comes first. There is no wait list.

Basic testing procedures will be as follows:

  • Candidates will hear broadcast test audio in the testing room.
  • All candidates will be required to save and submit all testing files in .txt/.rtf format on a USB thumb drive labeled with their NCRA ID number and test name (for example, 123456 RPRL).
  • Grading will be manual, and results will take up to four to six weeks.

More details about testing procedures and complete testing information will be posted on NCRA.org/LouisvilleSKT. For questions contact testing@ncra.org.
