Three more students have won free registrations in the second round of our NCRF/NCRA Conference & Expo giveaway. Applicants had to be NCRA members, to be enrolled in a court reporting/captioning program, and to have passed one skills test at 180 words per minute. The Christine Phipps Family Foundation has also granted three additional $1,000 awards to members to help defray the costs of attending the Conference.
