Get ready for Bellevue: Map out your NCRA Conference experience with these daily highlights

Summer is just around the corner, and so is the 2026 NCRA Conference & Expo. The NCRA Conference is the perfect opportunity to balance high-tech advancement with the human connection that defines our profession. Join us in downtown Bellevue, Wash., July 16-18 for this year’s Tech Driven, Human Centered event.

With the Conference fast approaching, now is the time to map out your schedule to match your professional goals and personal interests. We’ve got the full schedule online, but read on for daily highlights. Attendees can earn up to 1.425 CEUs with a full registration and additional CEUs at preconference sessions with a separate registration.


Start Thursday strong with morning workshops

Although education sessions don’t kick off until Thursday afternoon, you can get a head start — and extra CEUs — with one of our high-impact morning workshops. Separate registration is required.

    Learn from your colleagues and industry experts on the issues affecting the profession today.
  • 6-7:30 p.m. | Welcome Reception in the Expo Hall
    Welcome to Bellevue! Join your fellow attendees in the Expo Hall and see what exhibitors have to offer. Drinks and appetizers will be served.

Friday highlights

  • 7:30-8:30 a.m. | Breakfast in the Expo Hall
  • 8:30-10 a.m. | NCRA Premier Session and Keynote Speaker
    NCRA will install the 2026–2027 President, Officers, and Board of Directors, followed by the keynote presentation from Ellen Jovin.
  • 11 a.m.–5 p.m. | Educational sessions
  • 7-8 p.m. | Friday Movie Night: “Rebel with a Clause” (Separate registration required)
    Special viewing of the award-winning grammar docu-comedy, “Rebel with a Clause,” featuring keynote speaker Ellen Jovin with filmmaker Brandt Johnson. Limited seating (120 seats). Followed by a wine and cheese reception.

Saturday highlights

  • 7:30-8:30 a.m. | Breakfast in the Expo Hall
  • 8:30-11:15 a.m. | Educational sessions
  • 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m. | Awards Luncheon
    What you’ve been waiting for! NCRF and NCRA recognized grant and scholarship winners, and Speed and Contest winners are revealed!
  • 1:15-5:15 p.m. | Educational sessions

    Ahoy! Embark with us for an unforgettable evening on the SS NCRA! We’ve set a Course for Greatness and it’s time to celebrate our collective journey. Enjoy a night of nautical fun as we toast our members and navigate toward a bright future together.
