What’s new in Bellevue?

Attendees at the 2026 NCRA Conference & Expo being held July 16-18 in Bellevue, Wash., should ensure a visit to the Expo Hall is on their itinerary. Take advantage of food, camaraderie, and fun, thanks to their Association and industry sponsors both large and small.

What’s up in the Expo Hall?

This year, breakfast in the Expo Hall on Friday and Saturday mornings from 7:30-8:30 a.m., as well as lunch on Friday from 12-1:15 p.m. is on NCRA and is open to all registered Conference attendees.

Later in the day, attendees needing a pick-me-up can also enjoy the coffee and refreshment breaks being sponsored by Stenograph on Friday from 10-11:00 a.m. and Saturday from 3:30-4:15 p.m. Coffee breaks from 3:45-4:15 p.m. on Friday afternoon and 9:30-10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning are being sponsored by NCRA.

Also keep on your schedule the ever-popular Member Celebration to close out the Conference on Saturday night. For this year’s theme, attendees will embark with us for an unforgettable evening on the S.S. NCRA! Enjoy a night of nautical fun as we toast our members and navigate toward a bright future together.

Be sure to engage in fun and games

While exploring the Expo Hall and learning what exhibitors have to showcase, attendees are encouraged to take some downtime and enjoy the activities sponsored by this year’s Celebrate Small-Shine Big sponsors, such as the photo booth by Ferrandino Reporting, Inc., and cornhole by the National Court Reporters Foundation. More fun on the official Conference & Expo app

All attendees can earn points via the official NCRA Conference & Expo app by engaging with attendees, sessions, and exhibitors throughout the event.

To play, attendees just need to download the app and use the “Scan QR Code” button on their device and they can check into sessions, check in with exhibitors at their booths, exchange business cards with attendees, and post on the “Discussion Wall.”

For each engagement, attendees can earn the following points:

Discussion Wall post: 2 points each
Exhibitor check-in: 2 points per exhibitor
Business card exchange: 1 point per person
Session check-in: 1 point per session

Prizes:

First Prize: $50 gift card
Second Prize: $25 gift card
Third Prize: $10 Starbucks gift card
