Be sure to attend the last session in NCRA’s free five-part leadership series launched in May., The series isdesigned to help NCRA members make the move from leadership uncertainty to empowerment by laying the framework of what is a leader, challenging participants in their individual growth, and encouraging members toward deeper engagement with Association work.
The last session, which takes place August 25, 7:30-9 p.m. Eastern, and is titled “Changing the Room: How one person shifts the culture around them,” will lead attendees through a discussion about mindset, spheres of influence, how leaders define culture, and more.
The five-part series is delivered via Zoom and led by Jesse Walker of Intentional Leader Coaching. Walker is a leadership coach and consultant.

Beyond anything, I hope that participants have discovered how uniquely positioned they each are to make an impact in their world — whether that be in their local court, business, community, or even their families,” said Walker. “Every one of us has influence in the lives of those around us, and the greatest leaders use that influence to fight for the good of others.”

The cost to attend the sessions is free to NCRA members. Each session alsoalso features breakout rooms for discussion and team-building activities. Attendees are strongly encouraged to attend all five of the sessions in order for continuity purposes.
The Aug. 25 live session will run from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Eastern. Sessions that have been completed are available through the NCRA Learning Center.
