For students navigating the challenges of court reporting school, the path to graduation can sometimes feel like a long one. The National Court Reporters Foundation’s (NCRF) latest Ask Me Anything ZoomUp, “Graduation 101: What You Need to Cross the Finish Line,” brought together experienced professionals for an honest and encouraging conversation about what it takes to keep going, from building an effective practice routine to working through speed plateaus, managing frustrations, and staying motivated.
The event took place last month and attracted the highest number of registrants since the AMA ZoomUps started two years ago.
Moderated by NCRF Chair and Ask Me Anything Task Force Chair Meredith A. Bonn, RPR, CRR, the panel featured Melissa Clavio, RPR; Matthew Dreger; Allison Hall, RDR, CRR, CRI; Liane Hatch; and Bailey Neifert, RPR. Drawing from their own experiences, panelists shared practical strategies, encouragement, and perspective for students at every stage of their journey toward graduation.
Whether you are currently working toward your next speed milestone, feeling stuck, or simply looking for inspiration to keep moving forward, this ZoomUp offers insights worth revisiting, sharing with fellow students, and tips for anyone who wants to learn ways to improve writing skills
