It’s #CRCW2022 – stay up to date with NCRA on social media

When it comes to celebrating the incredibly exciting and lucrative professions of court reporting and captioning during NCRA Court Reporting & Captioning Week, social media will be an invaluable tool in raising awareness.

NCRA can currently be found on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. There are also various groups on Facebook that specialize in a variety of topics and professions such as Scopists & Proofreaders, Certified Legal Video Specialists, and Court Reporter Technology.

Last month, under the direction of the Public Relations Outreach task force, NCRA launched the American Veterans in Court Reporting and Captioning groups on Facebook and LinkedIn. This private group is dedicated to American veterans who are already involved in court reporting and captioning or are considering joining. If you or someone you know is a service member or veteran considering court reporting or a career change, we’d encourage you to direct them to these groups.

Finally, when posting on social media about court reporting, captioning, or legal videography during the 10th annual Court Reporting & Captioning Week, don’t forget to use the official hashtag: #CRCW2022; that way fellow members and NCRA can see and share your posts!
