NCRA is offering two distinct opportunities to help students and first-time attendees join their colleagues at the 2026 NCRA Conference & Expo in Bellevue, Wash., July 16-18. Through the National Court Reporters Foundation, members can apply for one of 10 student registration scholarships and/or ten $1,000 travel awards to offset the cost of attending this year’s “Tech Driven, Human Centered” event.
NCRF Student Conference Registration Scholarship
For NCRA student members
- The award: Ten scholarships covering the full cost of registration (a $320 value each)
- Who: NCRA student members in good standing
- Student requirement: Must have passed at least one test at 160 wpm
- How to apply: Download the student application and email completed form to ncrfoundation@ncra.org
- Deadline: April 24
The Christine Phipps Family Foundation Travel Award
For first-time attendees (NCRA members & student members)
- The award: Ten $1,000 awards to offset travel and registration costs
- Who: First-time Conference attendees based on financial need
- Student requirement: Must have passed at least one test at 180 wpm
- How to apply: Download the application (professionals may skip the student section) and email completed form to ncrfoundation@ncra.org.
- Deadline: April 24
