Mark your calendars! The third session in NCRA’s free five-part Leadership Development Series that kicked off in May is scheduled for June 30, 7:30-9 p.m. Eastern. The focus of this third session is “Discover Your Leadership Voice: Seeing the strengths in your natural voice.” Discussion topics include how to know yourself to lead yourself, learning more about your five voices, and the next steps in community with others.
Missed the first two sessions of this FREE series hosted by NCRA? The recordings are now available in the NCRA Learning Center: Start Where You Are: Creating a vision for your personal leadership and Your Growth Map: Mapping your path from “stuck” to “flourishing.” The cost to watch the recorded sessions is free to NCRA members and $45 for nonmembers. The webinars are worth 0.125 CEU each.
Lead presenter of the series, Jesse Walker of Intentional Leader Coaching, strongly encourages everyone who is interested in the series who missed the first two sessions to view them both before attending the third session, which is scheduled for June 30 at 7:30-9 p.m. Eastern.
The objective of the series is to help NCRA members make the move from leadership uncertainty to empowerment by laying the framework of what a leader is, challenging participants in their individual growth, and encouraging members toward deeper engagement with Association work.
Attendees of the live sessions have the opportunity to share thoughts and ideas sparked by the session discussions as well as participate in team-building activities in breakout rooms throughout the Zoom event.
All sessions will be recorded and made available in the NCRA Learning Center. Registration to attend the live sessions is open now, and you can register once for all sessions.
The cost to attend the sessions is free to NCRA members. The full schedule for this five-part series is below. Sessions will run from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. Eastern time.
