There will be no voting stations on site at this year’s event. Instead, members are asked to cast their votes regarding Bylaws amendments via their phones, tablets, or computers. Free WiFi is available in the meeting room areas, as well as at the hotel’s business center. Voting begins two hours after the close of the Annual Business Meeting, which will be held on Thursday, July 31, from 8:30 to 11 a.m. PDT in the Plaza A room, and is open for 12 hours.
